I heard yesterday about Terry's passing on the CW (Community Way) list and feel utterly devastated. I never met Terry in person and did not even know what he looked like until I saw this memorial site for him.
What I do remember is a tireless campaigner who entered into many discussions on some of the most difficult issues concerning community currencies on the econ-lets list. His contributions were always very encouraging, helpful, constructive and well thought out. Terry had an incisive mind, enthusiasm, energy and above all an exceptional drive to do the best he could for all people and the planet. He will be remembered by many who engaged with him on all the issues he campaigned on to make this world a better place and in particular he will be remembered in the community currencies movement.
