He was for his last two years my closest friend, my partner in life and in the struggle for Peace and Justice; no doubt I'll remember him throughout the rest of my life for he has, during that short time, become a part of me. It seems the campaigns that we have fought together were Innumerable. The intensity of his spirit was a true lighthouse for he was way ahead of reality; he did truly change history.
When we campaigned together shoulder to shoulder the years seemed to have passed instantaneously Though we differed of opinion sometimes we always compromised for his good will had no limit. Terry has been a cornerstone of what I believe in.
