It is indeed sad to learn of Terry's death. Though a mere electronic acquaintance, I was able to join with Terry and others in the battle against the MAI and other manifestations of injustice and mis-governance. I am the richer for the dialogue I shared with him, and offer my sincerest condolences to his family and friends.
